Skills development and Livelihood Program

PELI-U works to ensure food security, adequate nutrition and promote job readiness and employment opportunities for youth, women and households.

Vocational and Technical Skills Development Training for youth and women.

We focus on equipping in and out of school youth and women with skills in tailoring, catering, baking and housekeeping, business enterprise development skills, soft and job readiness skills.

Information Communication Technology (ICT) for Youth:

We provide computer skills training to in and out of school youth.

Business Enterprise Development training for youth, women and community members.

This entails equipping youth, women and community members with information and skills to enable them start business enterprises for income generation.

Training community members on proper land use, improved agricultural methods and provision of seeds.

This aims at increasing food production and income generation at household level.
